Winter season is here and soon we will also  enjoy the holiday spirit. Until then I challenge you to take a walk in the park and gather everything that catches your eyes. It could be dog roses, different types of tree cones or nuts. And you could also cut some citrus: oranges, mandarins or even lime and lemons so that you get different shape and colours, and leave them on a paper to dry. You can see down what I have gathered till now:

I will go shopping tomorrow for some cinnamon sticks, cloves and a hemp sack.

And when I have all the ‘ingredients’  I’ll show you how to make your very own bio Christmas tree.
See you soon with the next steps of our first Christmas project!

Later edit:
I bought a Christmas tree in pot, that I will plant outside in Spring.
In order to get a vintage touch I’ve covered the pot with the hemp sack and tied it with a red ribbon.
I used as ornaments: cinnamon sticks, dried oranges, dog roses’ fruits, nuts, apples, tree cones, biscuits and ribbons.
Beside the natural ornaments that I made I found the 3 angels made out of dried corn leaves. But if you think that it’s not easy to find in your neighbourhood you can craft/find a star out of wood.

So what do you think?
